Only 22% of IT staff fully understand capabilities of AI tools
Despite 55% believing AI tools can simplify their tasks, a 𝐒𝐨𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐖𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐬 survey finds that 62% of IT professionals aren’t using AI day-to-day.
Current usage is limited to basics like information gathering (28%) and explaining complex topics (18%).
